PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT OPENS AT ST. JOHN'S MEADOWS

“Photography as Art,” an exhibit featuring the talents of 15 residents and staff, will open at St. John's Meadows senior living community on Friday, May 1, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.  St. John’s Meadows is located at 1 Johnsarbor Drive in Brighton.

A total of 40 photographs will be shown in the art gallery, which is located in the Briarwood building.  The exhibit includes color and black-and-white photographs, sized 8”x10” and larger.  Larry Delahooke, pianist, will provide musical entertainment.  The show will be open through June 12.

St. John's Meadows is sponsored by St. John’s, a multi-level continuum of care for the elderly in Rochester, and offers a variety of independent and assisted living options.  St. John's Home, founded in 1899, is Rochester's only Eden Alternative nursing home.  St. John's Foundation develops financial resources for the family of St. John's services and programs, and supports other health-related programs for the aging in Rochester.   St. John’s also has programs providing services to people who continue living in their own homes, including Day Break adult day services and Traditions in Caring home health care.
