Care Partner (Home Health Aide)

Description
Per diem positions also available for all 3 shifts.

Responsibilities
Responsible to assist the team in developing and carrying out lifestyle programs that meet the needs of our Elders. Duties also include personal care, housekeeping, personal laundry and other duties upon request.

Qualifications
Must have a current HHA certification. Medication assistance training a plus. Must also have a High School Diploma or GED.
